CEPAR held a public forum to improve public understanding of, and promote community discussion about, the impact of population ageing on economic growth, workforce participation and public financing to 2055.
This event, on the 8 April 2015, featured incumbent Treasurer, The Hon Joe Hockey MP, who gave the opening speech, Treasury spokespeople Matt Crooke and John Fraser, and two panels - Retirement and Health, Where do we go from here? - which included audience Q+As with CEPAR researchers and industry representatives.
