The ARC Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR) is proud to offer this 3.5 day workshop for early career researchers at the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
This workshop brings together leading scholars, policymakers and data experts to explore how routinely collected data can be used to address policy-relevant questions particularly related to population ageing research.
The Colloquium is a unique annual event, bringing together academics, government and industry to discuss the latest research on pensions, superannuation and retirement. This year's theme is 'New Developments in Pensions and Retirement'.
This workshop, hosted by CEPAR, covered the latest developments in Longevity risk for early career researchers and practitioners. It also covered fraility models and mortality heterogeneity, data analytics techniques applied to mortality, continuous time mortality models designed for practical application, developments in variable annuities and computational techniques as well as hedging longevity risk with value-based longevity indices.
The Pensions, Retirement and Ageing Seminar Series is jointly hosted by CEPAR and the School of Risk & Actuarial Studies at UNSW Sydney.
