CEPAR has published a new fact sheet – aged care policy, provision, and prospects – providing an overview of recent changes in aged care policy, industry, and labour force in Australia.
”Australia’s aged care system is evolving. It is where the challenges of population ageing are most apparent and where policy choices have direct impact on the lives of Australians,” said fact sheet co-author CEPAR senior research fellow Rafal Chomik.
“Population ageing means more people than ever will require care in Australia in the coming years,” he said. “In this fact sheet we highlight research seeking to address these challenges and offer visual presentations of aged care needs and utilisation.”
