CEPAR researchers, led by Chief Investigator Professor Sharon Parker, recently surveyed over 1,500 employed mature workers (over 45 years) about their COVID-19 work experiences. The preliminiary findings suggest that unemployed workers felt they had the greatest risk of conrtacting COVID-19; and that employed workers have higher self rated health than retired and unemployed workers. Conversely, better health was significantly associated with Work Engagement and Relational Work Design.
