Call for organisational participants: A project to help older workers thrive

May27
Mature workers

Between 1990 and 2018, the share of the Australian population aged over 55 years increased from a quarter to over a third, with the proportion of Australian workers aged 55 and over doubling since the 1990s to reach 18% in 2018.

CEPAR's research team focused on Organisations and the Mature Workforce is seeking organisations to collaborate on a project which aims to help older workers thrive.

Led by CEPAR Chief Investigators Professors Sharon Parker and Marian Baird at Curtin University and the University of Sydney, the research project seeks to help organisations develop policies and practices that benefit mature workers as individuals, employees, team members, and carers outside of work. Detailed information about the project and how organisations can collaborate is available in the research project brochure and at matureworkers.cepar.edu.au.
