Coleen Faes Scott
Colleen Faes-Scott

Director of Operations, UNSW Sydney
Grievance Officer, CEPAR

Colleen Faes-Scott is a qualified CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Colleen has worked at UNSW Sydney since 2007 holding various positions. In 2016, she joined CEPAR as Management Accountant.

Colleen currently leads the professional team as Director of Operations. She manages the operations function of the Centre and works closely with the Centre Director and members of senior Centre management.

She also serves as the Centre's Grievance Officer.

Silke Weiss (she/her)

Centre Manager

Silke provides operational and strategic leadership for the Centre and has extensive experience in science communication and in the management of engagement and outreach programs at ARC Centres of Excellence and research organisations. She holds a Master of Arts in Electronic Media, Corporate Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Economics.

Joanna Bayliss

Senior Administrative Officer - Stakeholder Relations and Governance, and E/A to Professor John Piggott, UNSW Sydney

Joanna joined CEPAR in 2018. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's degree in International Affairs.

Joanna manages and coordinates CEPAR's relationships with its stakeholders and facilitates contact between individual CEPAR researchers and Partner Organisations.

Ani Johnston

Senior Administrative Officer, UNSW Sydney 

In 2019, Ani joined Kaarin’s team as an administrator for the DCRC project. She also provided administrative support to the UNSW Ageing Futures Institute. In June 2022, Ani moved into a Senior Administrative Officer position assisting Kaarin in budget management, reporting, asset management and grant and secretarial support.

Ani has completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Food and Nutrition as well as a Graduate Certificate in Public Health.

Hong Yu

Administrative Officer, CAMA, Australian National University 

Hong Yu joined CAMA in August 2022. 

Hong provides administrative support to The Centre for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis (CAMA) in the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University.
