Data Analysis for Daily Diary and Experience Sampling Studies in R
A 2 day workshop for Early Career Researchers

The ARC Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR) is proud to offer this 2 day workshop for early career researchers at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. The workshop will be presented by Dr Elise Kalokerinos, a senior lecturer in the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences, Melbourne University. The workshop will provide an introduction to analysing daily diary and experience sampling data using R. It will cover tips for data analysis from start to finish, including pre-processing data, variable and scale creation (including reliability, centering, and lagging), multilevel descriptive statistics and correlations, plotting, and running and interpreting multilevel models (also known as mixed-effects models and hierarchical linear models).

Places for the workshop are limited with preference given to early career researchers. Applications must be made on the prescribed Application Form and submitted to Amy Brushwood by 11 November 2022.
A number of travel bursaries are available valued up to $750 and will be offered to assist interstate participants with travel and accommodation expenses.
