Dr Fedor Iskhakov, CEPAR Associate Investigator at the ANU Research School of Economics (RSE) and former CEPAR Senior Research Fellow at UNSW, has been awarded an ARC Future Fellowship worth $857,585.

Dr Iskhakov says his ARC Future Fellowship will be instrumental in informing government policy more accurately, and to better understand how value is created in economic markets.

“This project will support the development of more efficient and better-targeted policies in every area of the economy. The project focuses on developing novel statistical and computational techniques to study dynamic interactions of various economic agents on the market” said Dr Iskhakov.

“The project will provide better analytical tools to not only better understand observed economic behaviour but also more accurately inform government policy in the future, he said.
