Please join us for an afternoon tea event where we will introduce our exciting new research on Mature Workers in Organisations and connect with representatives from industry, not-for-profits and government organisations.

The University of Sydney Business School, in partnership with the Centre for Transformative Work Design (Curtin University), has commenced a new long-term research project aimed at supporting organisations in navigating the challenges associated with a maturing workforce. This research is conducted as part of the Australian Research Council's Centre for Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR). CEPAR is a unique collaboration between academic, government and industry, committed to delivering solutions to population ageing, one of the major economic and social challenges of the 21st century.

This event is an opportunity to meet the research team from the University of Sydney, and to hear from one of our chief investigators, Professor of Gender and Employment Relations, Prof Marian Baird AO, who in 2018 and 2019 was named in Apolitical's Top 100 Most Influential People in Gender Equality list. You will also hear from two of our key researchers, Dr Daniela Andrei from Curtin University and Dr Andreea Constantin from the University of Sydney.

The afternoon tea is also a chance for you to share practical insights into the challenges associated with an increasingly mature workforce and have an input into the research we will conduct in this area. We will explore the exciting collaboration opportunities provided by this new research.

Last but not least, we will be able to share with you some preliminary results from our recent national benchmark survey on mature aged workers.

Please feel free to forward this invitation to anyone you know who might be interested in attending. RSVP essential.
